Shipping Costs and Import Fees

We exclusively ship from Germany to our Swiss customers. Please note the following points:

• All prices in our store are net, i.e. without German VAT.
• When importing to Switzerland, import fees may apply. These are determined based on the total value of the order and are calculated directly by Swiss customs.
• For many orders, the import will be duty-free – however, for higher order values, a small import tax may apply.
• Important notice: The process is automatically handled by the shipping service provider. You may pay upon delivery if necessary.

Shipped as DHL Premium Package. The customs processing fee is included in the shipping cost. Any additional import VAT may be charged to the recipient. Shipping costs are always the same, regardless of the order value.

Important notice: Orders with a merchandise value exceeding 1,000 € are unfortunately not possible. This is due to additional customs requirements for higher order values, which involve a more complex processing procedure. Shipping costs are not included in the merchandise value calculation.
